Fostair NEXThaler is an advanced dry powder inhaler (DPI) containing beclometasone dipropionate and formoterol fumarate dihydrate. It is used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by reducing airway inflammation and providing rapid, long-acting bronchodilation.
