<p>When you create an account and place your first order, we run an initial ID check runs in the background. If further verification is required, Yoti may request additional information. If identity checks aren't met, your order may be cancelled and any pre-authorised payments released.</p>
<p>You may be contacted directly if prescribers need additional medical information. If an order is deemed unsuitable, their decision is final and cannot be appealed.</p>
